The main agent and curing agent should be mixed in strict accordance with the weight ratio of 100:15, and should be fully stirred evenly. It is strictly forbidden to mix the main agent and curing agent with each other before use. After taking the glue, you should pay attention to the sealing and retention.

The moisture content of the dried wood should be controlled within 7-12% after natural moisture regain. When the moisture content of the wood is lower than 7%, it may cause the wood to have too strong infiltration and exudation, resulting in the lack of glue on the bonding surface and the phenomenon of cracking. If the moisture content of wood is too high, it will directly lead to poor penetration and exudation, it is difficult to form glue nails, and the cross-linking reaction is not complete, which may cause the phenomenon of glue opening. The critical moisture content difference of wood should be controlled within 3%.

The use of wood glue 4: wood processing accuracy

The wood processing accuracy should be within 0.15mm. The wood bonding surface should be free of processing defects of “bite and end”. The right angle of the wood is good. There should be no “planing marks, saw marks, carbonization” and other phenomena on the bonding surface of the wood. It is strictly forbidden to use wood whose bonding surface has been contaminated by grease, dust, etc. for bonding.
