HM6218 is a structural adhesive specially developed for non-woven products. It is colorless and odorless, and has high adhesive force and cohesive strength. All raw materials comply with FDA (American Food and Drug Association) regulation 21CFR175.105 “Adhesives”.

Suggested operating conditions: suitable for standard hot-melt multi-line, spiral spray glue, fiber spray glue and other glue application methods.

Recommended operating temperature: 140ºC to 160ºC, depending on machine, substrate, environment and other conditions.

Storage: It must be stored below 40ºC, in a dry and cool place, and the storage period is one year.

Note: Do not mix with other adhesives. The hot melt adhesive tank must be tightly covered to prevent debris from falling in and affecting the performance of the adhesive. Since hot melt adhesive must be heated when used, personal protective equipment should be worn.
