All paper and plastic materials are imported and made by high-temperature polymerization. 1. Do not mix with other adhesives.
2. The container containing the adhesive must be tightly closed to prevent the surface of the adhesive from drying and contamination.
3. After long-term storage, the paper bag adhesive product will have slight layering, thickening and yellow appearance (but will not affect the final performance), and should be stirred evenly before use.
4. It is recommended to treat the surface of the substrate BOPP film until the surface energy is greater than 36 dynes. If the surface is not treated, the surface energy should not be lower than 34 dynes. The higher the surface energy, the better for bonding.
5. The ambient temperature for the use of paper and plastic and bonding and curing is recommended to be 10-30 °C. After the final product is glued and bonded, it should be maintained under pressure for a period of time (1-3 hours, the greater the rebound force of the substrate, The lower the operating ambient temperature, the longer the dwell time should be) to ensure the formation of an effective bond.
