Material Preparation: Pre-treatment of the bonding surface, the bonding surface needs to be clean, dry and free of grease. Plastic materials must be pretreated with a suitable cleaning agent or primer.
Equipment requirements: barrel unloader, heating plate, conveying pipe and pump must be set to appropriate temperature, too high temperature will lead to the decomposition of glue.
Platen temperature: 130-140℃
Cloth rubber shaft temperature: 115-125℃
